The Eternal Not

by Lucinda Coxon

Is it too much to ask of a tiny baby, to hold two grown-ups together?

A young married couple awaits the arrival of their first child. He wants to disappear forever, she has a gift for patience - it's little wonder the baby's taking its time. The Eternal Not is a darkly comic, desperate pursuit of eternal bliss based on Shakespeare's All's Well That Ends Well.

Lucinda Coxon's new short play, directed by Anthony Banks, is a darkly comic companion to Shakespeare's All's Well that Ends Well.
